My Fitness Philosophy
Fitness is important in my life and I make it a priority. Of course I do it because it keeps my body in shape, but more importantly it keeps me healthy, both mentally and physically. I know that if I move my body everyday I will feel good from the inside out. I don’t strive to be perfect, but I believe if I do something every day, even if it is small, I will feel great and make progress towards my health goals.
